All this matters because the Anglo-American stewards have again beached the world economy in pursuit of geo-political objectives in the Eurasian heartland. We can't say, this time, that we haven't been warned.
I read that book shortly after it was published and urged others to do the same. It was so enlightening and made so much sense. Even my father many years before had understood the odd allianaces and pre-war subterfuges which had acted to cause WWII and the Eastern Front.
Do I remember correctly that Guido Preparata had had an academic position at the University of Oregon at the time he wrote and published his book, and then was dismissed from the University because of its thesis? Although other reasons for his dismissal may have been given by the University, his book was considered rather controversial by some University officials, I believe.
