I think Ohio would be spared most of this storm except maybe NE Ohio. Pennsylvania I don't know about.
Indiana and the Midwest (Old Northwest Territories) were lucky enough to be on the not blizzard side of the front, mostly.
Conditions are here calm overcast and no precipitation. Temp 28 F, just right for heavy snow. But no precipitation.
I didn't get an answer this afternoon when I called extreme W. Pennsylvania, but it was Friday afternoon.
The storm seems to have the bulls eye on New England.
In-climate weather is no fun. January Blizzards or May Tornadoes - none of it is fun.
