The BIG money in British football is Singapore, China etc, where billions are bet on a big match via "Dark Pool" inputs. Therefore, pressure is brought to bear on referees to ensure that a result suitable to those who need it. Football Agents are also big powers.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort.
