stated that the Boston Police Bomb Squad was running a drill on the same day and time as these two explosions occurred.
Other reports indicated 'spotters' and bomb-sniffing dogs on roofs, and even public announcements to those effects.

What this reminds me of is 9/11 and the fact that the military was running some kind of training drill on that day also. A coincidence?

And for those who still believe Osama bin Laden was behind 9/11, how could he, living in some cave in Afghanistan (or elsewhere), learn the plans of our military to run some training exercises on September 11, 2001? Just askin'.
