I was watching when this happened. It was weird, but those kids at any "OCCUPY" took tens times the abuse and then got thrown in the can to boot.Jones apparently got punched in the gut.lol....But I couldn't see anything because the camera went dark.
One thing that sticks in my mind,is the goon squad that they brought out for the confrontation.I'm sure there is video somewhere. There was this one cop in the front row, that was the meanest looking s.o.b that I've ever seen on a police force.I think they brought him out from the penitentiary just for the day.Alex ranted later "I looked into the eyes of killers".Damn might have.....
Keith, I saw that too. The dude was MEAN and BIG and had a very ANGRY-AS-HELL face. He started to push, then punch Jones within 30 seconds of stepping in front of him in the 'line' the Sherrifs formed. Jones, IMO, stupidly taunted him for a long time....but lucky for Jones, he didn't get any more abuse....if at a similar Occupy event, with similar taunts, whoever made them would have died by tazer, nightstick, neck choke hold or bullet fired in 'defense', etc.
They knew who he was [and the size of his audience], so let him have a wee bit of slack....
