The link right at the bottom of Nathaniel's post might be misleading (it links to a review), or easily missed. The book has been reissued, and the new edition was released just a few weeks ago by Progressive Press (the veteran conspiracy publishers who also released Tarpley's Synthetic Terror, Cottrell's Gladio, etc). New edition price is $13 and it's on Amazon and other outlets.

James DiEugenio's praise is on the back cover. Ideally someone, perhaps Progressive, will release Gibson's harder to locate sequel, THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION COVER-UP. I put the text of both (sourced from Scribd and elsewhere) into a Word doc a few months ago and reading them both back-to-back makes quite an impact.
