Personal "sex tapes" were unheard of in the early 1960s. It is impossible to imagine, under any circumstances, that powerful figures like JFK and RFK would have permitted themselves to be recorded in such compromising positions. It is just as impossible to envision any equipment available in that era being capable of capturing something surreptitiously.
