There's no way the Israelis are the principal movers behind 9/11, as they simply wouldn't do such a thing (based on concerns for their own survival) without permission from forces based in the USA. And those forces would obviously not be granting permission for an operation of this scale, on U.S. soil, unless it was something they had concocted. It seems clear the Mossad played a substantial operational role in the 9/11 attacks, but they were implementing the agenda of certain North American elites (albeit an agenda their elites doubtless found agreeable as well).
