Bringuier got into a fistfight with Oswald about Oswald's pro-Castro leaflets. He went to court and defended himself, was found "not guilty" by a judge. Oswald was found "guilty." Oswald and Bringuier went on a radio show to talk about their beliefs. Why would Bringuier need to be briefed?
