Once again,
A car traveling at 3.74 mph appears to travel at 7.48 mph (same distance discovered) when "every other frame is removed".
The frame rate does not matter.
But for a comparison, here is the "frame removal" scenario I just described.
This was shot on a Super 8 camera (18.3 fps). I do not know the original speed of the car, but it's slow.
Watch the speed difference in her arm wave also. Look familiar.
