I don't know about the cheekbone but you can see the amount of brain matted in the hair along with the force that would cause that wound would absolutely disallow any intact parietal area beneath it to exist afterwards. The Commission showed a photo of a brain with an intact parietal region. It's both common sense and science that the transit of the bullet through the brain would create an outward pushing force that would blast all the materials above it outward, which is exactly what this Bethesda head wound photo shows. So therefore you couldn't have any intact parietal region involved with this wound. Yet the Commission did.
