Autopsy photo alteration - new area?

Understood Albert. It may be that my art training is making something apparent to me that is hard to distinguish, or I could be wrong. The testimony I referenced talks about damage to the right side of JFK's face, which is what made me look at these photos.

If I have time I'll take it into photoshop and illustrate what I see.
