I am pleased to hear that they have already set up an alternative to the Belgian SWIFT system. As with most things in life decentralisation is the way to go.
I'm not sure the US quite know what they are playing with here. It seems they are sawing the branch off whilst sitting on it soon to plummet to the ground.
