Afraid it is true. Or used to be. I expect that prime real estate has been flogged off by now. Not sure if the Brothers exist any more or in that location. The church hasn't done so well from our local Royal Commission into Institutional Child Sexual Abuse. Ongoing. But Randwick used to be an oppressive right wing Catholic working class strong hold. There's tons of Catholic real estate there in Randiwick. Close to the race course too.
