As far as I know the first photo was shown to autopsy photographer Knudsen by another autopsy photographer. It showed a complete brain sitting next to Kennedy's corpse at Bethesda prior to the brain autopsy. This photo then disappeared from the autopsy photos. This was obviously the substitute brain being prepared for swapping.
The next photo was one of this brain allegedly after the autopsy. It was almost entirely intact and showed some very slight damage in the right forward area suggesting the damage caused by the shot to the head from the Depository. This is the photo that was shown originally but then quietly disappeared into the NARA archive.
The final version was the Dox drawing that showed extensive damage indicating the wound seen in Zapruder. It is slightly ruptured in the back with an increasing severity of damage as you go towards the right front, indicating the same shot from the Depository. The Dox drawing is evidence that the conspirators realized the brain wasn't damaged enough and would give the game away. As the witnessing and Zapruder Film started to come in they probably realized they hadn't presented a damaged enough brain. Hence the shuffling out of sight of the NARA photo and introduction of the Dox drawing. Typical of WCR methods I guess they thought they could get away with having two different representations of the brain if one was a drawing.
The person with the best talent on these kind of things is probably DiEugenio. I think if he went after it he could really concisely detail the evidence. The reason I focus on this in Varnell-type fashion is because it is strictly irrefutable and simple. It comes from their own evidence, and can be shown easily without any wiggle room. This is case-cracking proof of conspiracy (If the numerous other examples weren't enough already).
