In March, as the case moved toward trial this summer, the Bureau unexpectedly released 31 of 35 pages it said had been located. The partially censored records flatly contradict the FBI's earlier public comments and state that the Sarasota Saudis had "many connections" to persons allied with the hijackers.

Last month, the Department of Justice asked U.S. District Judge William Zloch to end the lawsuit, citing national security and saying the FBI has identified and released all documents responsive to its Sarasota probe.

But in his declaration, Graham, a former chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said those few pages "do not appear to be the full record of the FBI investigation." He dismissed the government's assertion that it lacks further documentation as "entirely implausible."

"On a matter of this magnitude and significance, my expectation is that the FBI would have hundreds or even thousands of pages of documents," Graham stated.

Ah, how about tens of thousands of pages...more likely. When one adds to all this the secret flight[s] that removed Saudis and even bin Ladens from the USA when no planes other than military ones were allowed to fly....and the work of Daniel Hopsicker and others, it paints a very damning picture vis-a-vis S.A. and 911 [however, I do NOT think they were the masterminds - perhaps only part of the mix and paymasters]. The FBI did about as 'good' a job on 911 as they did on Dallas - they truly are a phenomena hard to match....they never get their man or men.... accidentally on purpose. They cover up crimes or create them many fold more than they solve any real ones....all at taxpayer expense. A great organization...:mexican: With a 'proud' history of a lying, cheating, unjust, bigoted, anti-democratic, pals with organized criminals, extortionist cross-dresser as its former director [and setting the moral and legal 'standard'].....and whose ignoble name is still inscribed in stone upon the HQ in D.C. For shame!
