I'd not argue with that. While there are still some rivalries and turf wars, on the 'worst' ops they cooperate. And spying on each other's citizens for the other, as well. Add Oz to this potpourri. And stir. Season with [to taste or need at the moment] Saudi, Turkey, Kazakhstan, S. Korea, Taiwan, Egypt, Colombia, sundry other nations, various NATO countries, home-grown/trained/funded 'terrorist groups', drug deals, money laundering, financial manipulations, multinationals, privatized intelligence, off-the-shelf proprietaries and cut-outs, PR firms, big Media, think tanks, big banks, super rich and other jetsom of a civil and sane society. Very sad is reality laid bare........
