There's a copy of the von Lingen book at Melbourne library (not borrowable) so I'll check it when I'm next there. Carl Ogilvie also wrote a long book on the subject - A NAZI PEACE - which never was released, but the manuscript is stored with his research papers at the institute that holds all his stuff.
I believe Peter mentioned on Facebook that he had also completed a Watergate book (possibly recently) but was not able to interest a publisher. I'd buy one Peter.
