And IF he made some sort of "admission" I wonder under what circumstances that occurred. Were his nuts being squeesed? Torture is ok these days. Fuck precedent to the contrary and the Constitution.

Anything he said before he was read his rights cannot be used anyway.

But if you don't go to trial, what does it matter?

Edit: Of course it matters. But I am expressing a thought process of a corrupted court system. Even if he gets a trial, it will be tilted towards the prosecution.
