And IF he made some sort of "admission" I wonder under what circumstances that occurred. Were his nuts being squeesed? Torture is ok these days. Fuck precedent to the contrary and the Constitution.

Edit: Of course it matters. But I am expressing a thought process of a corrupted court system. Even if he gets a trial, it will be tilted towards the prosecution.
