I'm sure there are some really good attorney's on this forum, please correct me if I'm wrong, I wish to learn. The document I posted regarding Bosch and his release says he was paroled [AFTER] serving [MORE] than [FOUR] years, but, Bosch was convicted in 1968, so, that meant Bosch only served four years right? My understanding of the law is that you're not illegible for parole until you've served at lease (half your sentence,) is this correct?
If so, that would explain why the verbiage is written in such away that indicates he spent more than four years and at least half his sentence when he didn't, it was the pressure of the anti-Castro Cuban's and threats made to Nixon that made Nixon release Bosch, he wasn't paroled he was pardoned two very different things, and if no one knew about that.
And, no one ever knew who the sixth burglar in Watergate was, what else is there?
