Morales assassins: Bolivia gang "fought in Balkans"
SMOM-infested ratlines are very useful. The Bolivian investigator estimates Rózsa Flores made at least 70 trips in around 3 years, some of them doubtless not by commercial airline.

The execution by the Bolivian secret service of Rózsa Flores and his murderous dogs of war is the culmination of a long chapter in a longer war.

Note the travel to and from Miami.
