You beat me to it. This is the end of an era. But the legacy of P2, the structure -- a NATO deep state, a Gladio state, embedded within European countries and other states around the world, ready to be activated should the need arise, lives on.

I thought it was active now. Before it was the Red Brigades; now it's ISIS. Or am I missing something?

We don't know whether the Red Brigades were instruments of the NATO/US. There are numerous hints that they partly were -- the Hyperion language school, Mario Moretti -- especially regarding the circumstances of Aldo Moro's murder. I was thinking about Stefano delle Chiaie's fascists and Elio Ciolini who not only served as a disinformant in the Bologna case but is also directly linked to the Haemers Gang/the Brabant massacres. I believe it is more complicated with ISIS.
