Trump just wanted to win the Presidency.
He doesn't actually want to be President.
He doesn't want to move into the White House any more than he has to.
The Trump Presidency is going to be a clown show of squabbling factions revolving around someone who doesn't want to be there.
He's going to turn over what passes for "governance" to second-tier GOP establishment types who'll battle each other over turf, perks and access.
Living here in San Francisco I don't fear any impact Trump could directly have on my life. He got less than 10% of the vote in my town.
San Francisco is a city of the world -- not a city of Trump's America.
We'll do fine. It's the rest of the world I'm worried about.:
