Indeed he did, Lauren. He also posted the below to Youtube on 4th November 2016 that a "takeover" was in progress.
I'm not sure what to make of him to be perfectly honest. Even so he makes some interesting points that I do largely agree with, namely that the US has been run by the Bush/Clinton cabal (and that Obama is part of these he says) for far too long - dating back to the 1980's when the neoliberal virus was released on an unwitting world.
He also says on his blog that putting General Flynn in charge of the CIA was a manoeuvre designed to put the military in charge of an out of control and corrupt CIA and US intelligence apparatus and that this is the beginning of the end for the CIA who are going to be pared down to a much smaller size (HERE). Whether this has any validity or not I know not. However, it would explain why the CIA are kicking up a shit storm, as they would be desperate to protect their rice bowls.
He also appears to claim that Trump was sought out by the discontented members of the military and intelligence community to run against Clinton as a means of bringing the Bush/Clinton cabal to an end.
Not least his posts and videos suggest that this past US election was a de facto "peaceful" military takeover of the US.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort.
