Very bad news indeed. Back in the days when Court TV still televised Sirhan's parole hearings I viewed one - June 1994- I came away very impressed with Sirhan's ability to grasp his own situation. I am amazed he has lived this long. We all know what happens to "hated" individuals who are permitted to mix with the general prison population outside: He'll be stabbed and the media will report that it was because "he killed RFK".
That the CA. Governor is a Kennedy relative by marriage adds to the interesting mix...but I see him keeping totally distant from this and employing plausible denial.
Let's all stay tuned.
Regarding new evidence, that is also great, but the old evidence, the autopsy that shows the kill shot to be at very close range behind the Senator's right ear, while Sirhan was several feet in front of RFK, is proof that Sirhan did not kill RFK. In spite of this at his trial Sirhan's attorneys- Grant Cooper and Russell Parsons STIPULATED that Sirhan was guilty! When LA Coroner Thomas Noguchi testified it was the defense that cut his exonerating testimony short. They should have been disbarred!
