Another very informative post, Maggie. Ugh......what a messy cesspit of greed, corruption and ambition (and with mostly long and hard to pronounce names, for a westerner). All the nicest features of human nature are on display.

Great to see the US spreading global peace and goodwill, once again.Rolleyes

Should Obama decide to put the kibosh on this pernicious program, then he'll meet the same resistance in Congress that JFK faced, imo.
