Jim I totally agree with you. One of the dumbest, most cockeyed and frustrating things around the JFK case, is when people make bald ass claims. Then they expect you to chase them around disproving or approving them. Sorry, I've learned not to play that freaking game. If you can't front up with adequate and reasonable evidence first time around, then I say kindly sod off and I mean it sincerely. Janney has to prove his case for Mitchell, he has to find him and ask the questions. He also needs to have verified witnesses to this and a recording. Why? Because Janney is so full of bull I wouldn't believe a single word he says about Mitchell without serious documentation.
Thus Al why not go pester Janney for more information on Mitchell? That's freaking well not Jim's job. Better yet find him yourself. That Janney couldn't or didn't try is his failing by any stretch.
