A Thought Regarding QJ/WIN and the Doppelganger Gambit
#1
We have noted that like many code/war names, "Maurice Bishop" was utilized by more than one individual.

For some or all of the intelligence-related purposes served by the doppelganger gambit, is it not likely that the designation QJ/WIN would have been assigned to two -- or more -- individuals, perhaps even simultaneously?

So when we ask, for instance, if QJ/WIN was Moise Maschkivitzan or Jose Marie Andre Mankel (two of many candidates), might we consider responding in the affirmative?

Per Harvey's notes QJ/WIN testified at the trial of Marshal Pétain.

Do we see a QJ/Win candidate in the witnesses listed in this account of the trial:

Or is this a manufactured item used by Harvey to mislead.
