We have noted that like many code/war names, "Maurice Bishop" was utilized by more than one individual.
For some or all of the intelligence-related purposes served by the doppelganger gambit, is it not likely that the designation QJ/WIN would have been assigned to two -- or more -- individuals, perhaps even simultaneously?
So when we ask, for instance, if QJ/WIN was Moise Maschkivitzan or Jose Marie Andre Mankel (two of many candidates), might we consider responding in the affirmative?
