Of course it was worth it... Don't you get who it's worth it to? The MIC makes out and did very nicely. That's why wars are fought by empires. $$$$

As per Magda's post, it certainly wasn't worth it for the dead. They were regarded simply as "useless eaters", flotsam and jetsam to the geopoliticians.

I get it perfectly well. Those who own, run operations see everything else as stuff... humans are a dime a dozen to them. But those who run things are not the people... the masses... are they.
