Now, to force the CIA to release their not yet shredded/destroyed J oannides files - but then if they do, I will admit that the USA crumbles as presently configured. I had SOME respect for Morley until I read this on his blog......read and retch...::vomit::

Nothing I wrote about Prouty was inaccurate but these readers advised me of other things Prouty had done and said that called into question his veracity. So he's not the best example to cite. I replaced him with another Washington insider, Joseph Califano.
For the record, here's what I wrote about Prouty.
5) Col. L. Fletcher Prouty: This career military man served as chief of Pentagon special operations in 1963. He believed that there had been a plot against JFK among enemies of his policies in the national security agencies. Prouty was the basis for the character "Colonel X" in Oliver Stone's "JFK."

No, I meant it sincerely. How could Morley not see that? I went to Cinque's Oswald Innocence Project just to make sure Morley wasn't a photograph-level member. I'm shocked to see Salandria is there right next to Cinque. Holy ****! And Mark Lane is a member too. Jeeze, at this rate DiEugenio will pop up there soon lol! How could Salandria and Lane be so stupid as to join the Cinque group? I think some of those scholars see the title "Oswald Innocence Project" and sign on without looking in to Cinque's claims and methodology. Maybe Morley's an egghead and gave McAdams the benefit of the doubt just to look objective without realizing how foolish he was being? Or maybe Morley is a ringer designed to take up all the space those seeking to force CIA to release their documents would take? The Sunstein group is laughing all the way to the bank with this stuff.
