The founders are delighted to announce that the following members have been invited to become forum moderators and have accepted.
Peter Lemkin
Lauren Johnson
Marlene Zenker
We wish to thank them for their generosity in agreeing.
A mods role is often a thankless and unenviable task and we would, therefore, urge all members to treat them with kindness, tolerance and understanding for what they are tasked to achieve - namely a forum that runs smoothly, is kept crisp in matters of housekeeping (duplicate posts etc), and especially when and if members posts are moderated due to personally inflammatory content or other clear breaches of the Rules of Engagement.
Besides all this, their own membership posting rights remain unaltered in regard to their own positions, views and interests.

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
