Albert, I agree that TWA 800 is important, but like many other important cases where the evidence doesn't support the official story (Oklahoma City and the USS Liberty leap to mind) - and it's obvious to anyone who spends a couple of hours learning about it - NOTHING HAPPENS, because our judicial system is a fraud, our laws do not apply to the Elites (except in rare cases, and even then the punishment is a slap on the wrist), the media won't do its job, too few Americans care, and most public officials are corrupt cowards. So, what exactly can we do about that? What part of the system is still working properly enough that it would force all of the perps out into the sunlight for all to see?

In my opinion the evidence for TWA 800's shoot-down is so strong that it would not take much, like a lawsuit, or a survivor's group, to protest and bring attention to it. Even if a predictable court loss comes from the effort it can then be used to tie it around the American government's neck and use it to discredit them like they deserve.
In my opinion, of all the offenses involved with TWA 800, right now, the biggest one is the victims of the government fraud not doing anything to expose it. This is a war. It has to be fought.
How much fraud can they get away with on TV? Flagrant avoidance of fact usually draws some kind of protest in America. The makers of that show categorically avoided screaming evidence of a shoot-down and cover-up.

Remember the MLK civil trial? How much attention did it get? The media ignored it, so did the public. And there you actually had the King family trying to get the truth out - prominent people, not just ordinary citizens. The OKC bombing has seen numerous citizen attempts to get to the truth, including local officials. The USS Liberty survivors have been trying for 48 years. I'm not saying people shouldn't keep trying - it's just that we need to be realistic about the powerful forces we're up against, and the helpless, powerless apathy of the "silent majority," tranquilized by television and infotainment (which is really the biggest problem.) Unless we can get the masses to put down the remote and pay serious attention to these issues, things will continue as they are.

I'm not sure if you are familiar with the case but there is a vast array of professionals and technical data on the Flight 800 crash that proves a missile beyond a doubt.
Even if the government predictably denies a credible decision the evidence is so strong that it can be used to condemn the US government as a rogue uncredible government that has been seized by fascists. That needs to be done. Simple as that. I think you're making the mistake of expecting their approval.
A suit against the program makers would show they are committing an offense against reality.
We need to create the beginning of their end. Somebody has to do that.

The Madsen Report offers a very specific account on the Flight 800 shootdown:

Seawolf must be it because as soon as I posted it I was put on moderation on Brian Denning's "Skeptoid" site and my posts answering the denier trolls who responded are "awaiting moderation".

The two questions are:
1) how high is the opinion on Wayne Madsen, and,
2) Why would the Navy fly a target drone through the airlanes from JFK airport? To try and prove that the subsurface missile could make the target differentiation that it failed to make?

1) Don't really know but I think he's on to something with the Seawolf.
2) I've always wondered if the seaward missile that transited Flight 800, leaving the reddish residue James Sanders tested positive as PETN rocket propellant, actually was armed and its targeting technology was so sophisticated that it didn't explode on contact with the 747 because it was programmed to only explode on the target it was tracking?
I'm guessing Intel got wind that Al Qaeda was planning to use suicide aircraft to attack US commercial jets. Like the Kennedy Assassination, Black Intel then adopted Al Qaeda's plans to its own purposes on 9-11.

What do people think of this article, from whatreallyhappened.com?

Some issues (for after you read the article):
1) James Sanders and his wife fairly much proved that rocket solid fuel residue was found on seat fabric. However, explosives residue has been the most divisive issue, affecting everyone in authority who has been differed on this case. There is no firm answer on whether it was found. Or was explosives residue found? Any conclusive research on that?
2) Description of the bodies has been lacking. Were there burns on persons and surfaces consistent with a activated warhead strike, or only those consistent with ignited fuel? Anybody recall this from their reading?
It strikes me that the cover story of the "fuel tank wiring spark," plus the backup leak that it was a shoulder-fired missile might be twin cover-ups for a Navy mishap.
