And in regard to what the FBI report says, David... what evidence does Armstrong have that shows Ms Robertson told the FBI that Oswald's left NYC ?It's okay to say that FBI reports aren't always reliable, but that does not give anyone carte blanche to make stuff up about what the witness did or didn't say. Unless of course, you're writing fiction.

What I believe I asked for was evidence to show where Mrs Robertson stated the Oswald's had left New York. So what do you provide? An FBI report. Those documents you claim are so unreliable.

In both the original telex and these summary reports we have this woman, who lived around the corner from the Oswald's in NYC, claiming to have made statements about being a housekeeper to the poverty stricken Oswald family and talks of Jacobi years before the hospital was completed...

Yes, except for the part about being poverty stricken. IIRC, she had recently sold a property in Texas. I believe (yes, I am theorizing) that she may have also received money from Ekdahl either before he died in Jan '53, or from his estate after death. The FBI did investigate that possibility, but took the word of Ekdahl's sister and son that Marguerite got nothing. But their word is hardly proof of that.

Curious - has there been any mention of a REASON the FBI needed to know where/when Oswald attended 7th and 8th grade by Nov 27th - I can't see how this would help the investigation - yet it seems incredibly important for the FBI to sort out within that first week... ::

Let me help you out here. The New York investigation began because straight after John Pic heard his brother was allegedly involved in the assassination, he went straight to ONI.

The same way others did, in the course of investigations.

The LEE and MO who moved back to NOLA and attended BJHS starting January 1954... are not the same as HARVEY and MO who left NYC in the summer of 1953 and spent time in North Dakota.
The PS44 school records record much too many days of attendance and absence for the Spring of 1953
During Jan thru June 1954 we have HARVEY at 126 Exchange while LEE is at 1454 St Mary's (Myrtle Evans' place)...

For those who have taken the time - the Louise Robertson "story" is very suspect on a number of levels. While trying to establish a connection to a mental hospital, it reveals the conflict between 825 E 179th St and 1455 Sheridan and fails to mention that there was a PS44 in the Bronx and Manhattan AND Queens...

Firstly, if her story is suspect, why does the H & L website theorize that LHO spent his truanting days at that hospital? Secondly, there is no conflict in the addresses. More fanciful nonsense. Nor is that the subject of this thread.

Where LEE or HARVEY actually attended is virtually impossible to tell at this point since all the original records have been filtered thru the FBI...

Perfect! Anything in an FBI report that suits this theory passes muster. Anything that doesn't fit the theory is ipso facto the result of FBI malfeasance in altering statements and/or records. With that MO in mind, any - and I do mean ANY theory could be built from Elvis did it, to Plan 9 from Outer Space was not a movie, it was a documentary!

Here's an idea Mr P... read the book, look thru the CD and review the Baylor notebooks so you don't so sound so incredibly lost while you try and cherry-pick from the thousands of pages of evidence to make incomplete and unsupportable posts offering only uninformed opinions presented as "facts"... and then not correcting yourself when you are repeatedly shown the errors in your approach, your analysis and your conclusions

Your ability to read what is in someone's mind is right up there with your ability to read documents. Which is amply demonstrated below. This is your proof that I am wrong in claiming Mrs Robertson never stated that the Oswald's had left New York?

Let's see here, what does it say? "She stated shortly after this, the Oswald's moved and that she had not seen or heard from them since that time." Nothing there about them leaving New York, is there? Perhaps you have another document that actually supports you?
