Isn't "Sturgis in the storm drain" one of Prof. Fetzer's theories?

I wouldn't know, I don't know anything about Fetzer's work, other than I've heard about him or read a few of his posts on FB. I am only giving you what I know about information my father had. My father was closest to Sturgis among the many friends Sturgis knew over the years, he and my father were closest with one another. Right up to the end of Sturgis killing my father, I suppose the old cliche holds true, "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer".
