No, Pawley wasn't receiving his funds from H.L Hunt, the CIA in fact funded DRE nearly $50,000 per month, yes, that's fifty thousand dollars per month Pawley was very well connected to DRE that is what Carlos Quiroga has implied to me. I wanted to know as much as I could find out about Pawley from those who knew him and worked with him like Eugenio Martinez who I have become friends with.
I could call anyone one of these guys on their cell phone to ask them questions.
