I am 70% certain on this one.
The disinformation campaigns sure are effective, for in the past we have been fooled into thinking the Dark Complected Man is Felipe Vidal Santiago, and Orlando Bosch. WRONG both-times in my view.
The Dark Complected Man is Watergate burglar Virgilio Gonzalez. This is of course purely based on facial structure comparison, but that alone is enough.
I can appreciate that others won't be so certain I am, at least to start with.
Thank you

You're right, not convinced at all. The DCM is VERY DC!...your man is not DC at all.

Except that I've never seen Gonzalez wearing glasses, especially those thick black ones like UM and Bosch wore.

Ok. I guess this isn't my finest hour. I'm not so sure now actually, so I'll let this one go....

Worth putting it out there. No harm done and feed back is good. But I agree with Peter, Scott and Tracy, I don't see it either. Not dark enough by far.

That is not to say that Mr. Gonzalez had inside information about the assassination before hand, or at the very least had some level of involvement.
