Sunstein Challenge
#1
A simple proposition to Cass Sunstein. Let's make a deal. We'll submit to conspiracy theory censorship if you let us exhume Kennedy's body and do high tech analysis and there's no evidence of anything other than the official story.

Don't do deals with the enemy. You are not dealing with an equal or honourable person. Fuck them.
"The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it." Karl Marx

"He would, wouldn't he?" Mandy Rice-Davies. When asked in court whether she knew that Lord Astor had denied having sex with her.

“I think it would be a good idea” Ghandi, when asked about Western Civilisation.

We're safe anyway because the cowardly censor Sunstein fears exhumation exactly because he knows what it would find.

What makes me think Sunstein is not going to rush forward and take up this challenge to prove his anti-conspiracy position once and for all? With McAdams and Von Pein as his supporters.

He has no authority over JFK's body.

But he would have indirectly if he could manage to get attempts to do forensic examination of Kennedy's body labeled dangerous "conspiracy theory".

Is it possible that Sunstein's original anti-conspiracy proposal was against right-wing conspiracy nuts - the anti-climate change, Obama is a Muslim, everything is a liberal media conspiracy Sarah Palin types, and not especially directed against JFK, Iran-Contra, CIA/drugs/assassination plots researchers? Remember Hillary's statement about a "vast right wing conspiracy"? Was he really intending to bash her?

Yes, clearly, he was coming at this from the Left end of the spectrum. People like him try to discourage all conspiracy thinking (which they think is solely a Right-wing phenomenon), but they will indulge in it when it's convenient. Rachel Maddow loves to attack "conspiracy theories" (those that come from the Right) but does a lot of speculatin' herself about Bridgegate, the FBI and the Boston Bombing suspects, and other subjects.

No, Sunstein is going for the big game. I'm surprised people on this board would not see there is no difference between Democrat and Republican when it comes to covering up the assassination. You even have Democrats calling for the funding of Homeland Security. If you think Sunstein, if he managed to get these un-Constitutional laws in place, would refrain from using them on the best and brightest of JFK advocates you need to go back and re-educate yourself in deep politics. You fail to see how the right uses Bush to exert a new type of direct US Government fascism from one side and then creeps like Sunstein exert a neo-type of control from the opposite side. The correct answer is the Sunstein laws would be aimed at anything that threatened the UniGovernment the most. Hillary's on the inside. So any claim of right-wing conspiracy has to be viewed as part of the playing of the public from both sides where the Republicans and Democrats all vote for the same thing in the end.

Here is what Sunstein works for:
