That particular snippet of testimony concerns Hosty's amazing foreknowledge of Oswald, communism, dangerousness, and the existence of an FBI file (before Oswald has even arrived at the station, Hosty is there making these remarks). This particular passage doesn't pertain to an informant, real or imagined. However, one might assume from this that some FBI guys are less tight-lipped than others, so if anyone at the FBI was a leak, Hosty certainly might have been it.
