Let us all give thanks to the ancient art of cigar-manufacture, which required hours of leaf-rolling on well-toned, dusky thighs by dexterous maidens.
Er, I am on the right deep forum, aren't I?

I wish to make it plain that I did not have cigar relations with that woman.
The payments were a purely charitable affair, organised by my Foundation, the Tooth Trust, for the relief of indigent women in the Third World.
I believe that puts an end to the matter to the complete satisfaction of all but my enemies, most notably The Mad Turk.

I think Sir Herbert probably will be familiar with this aspect of cigar smoking. Scroll forward to 5:36 minutes - or enjoy the whole crazy film with a cast of thousands.
