My read on this pathetic article is some kind of nasty April Fools joke targeting Deng by smearing her for hanging with Putin. Her ex-husband would be behind this in a nasty way.
Second, the target is Putin for obvious reasons.

Mark Sleboda sees this as targeting Putin and he takes it very seriously.
