Instead of abiding by the rules of the faculty handbook, and expressing some regret over forcing a graduate assistant to flee to another college, McAdams got a Koch Brothers/Bradley Foundation law firm to file a lawsuit for him.

The faculty report also shows how wrong Conor F. and the Atlantic Monthly was about this case.
