Liempty; lionion & litamil-9
#1
https://www.archives.gov/files/research/...-10011.pdf

A summery report at the end of 1962 regarding the photographic stations in Mexico

What struck me as applicable:

d. In addition, LIEMPTY photos were instrumental in identifying
all arriving LIMERICK personnel including known and suspected intelligence officers, plus documenting the daily routine of all
personnel of the LIMERICK installation.

LIMERICK is the SOVIET EMBASSY... LIONION too photos of the Cuban Embassy

The other part that struck me was:

4. Equipment

... Such repair to photo equipment as is necessary can be done locally without security implications

https://www.archives.gov/files/research/...-10380.pdf IS AN OVERVIEW EXPLANATION OF pROJECT LIONION

"of the assets to whom they (LIONION Photos) are shown, LITAMIL-9 has to date made the largest number of identifications.
..... Within hours of the arrivial of a new EMBASSY staff member his photograph is in the hands of the Station.

For all intents and purposes photos should have been a daily thing, easily maintained and quickly turned over to the Station.

The Mystery Man photos are from Oct 1 and 4....
the delay must have been the transcripts... yet if OSWALD was photographed... Goodpasture and Scott should have had it that day.
Once in a while you get shown the light
in the strangest of places if you look at it right.....

SMH.... And, yet... More than 235 photographs were confiscated, others had "concealed devices" while others played their part which is all summarized during November 17-23, wow! A recap of the day AFTER the old dude was whacked, while on the 25th of November they were already holding elections on a new government in Cuba, I suppose they were expecting Cuba to get invaded, well that shit didn't happen LBJ got cold feet, however, he really was a "nice man" for allowing the infiltrations to continue.

Oh well, shit happens!

Of course, given this station's propensity for snapping photos in a timely manner, IF the wrongly accused was actually photographed there would be no need for the multiple impersonations of him (audio & photographic).

Jane and Win Scott had nothing, because the shenanigans would come after the gunsmoke cleared in Dealey Plaza. To this day, the Agency is still cowering like cowards behind their 'national security reasons" card.

I truly am mystified by that last sentence Alan... Jane? Did you mean Anne Goodpasture or Jane Roman?

The "agency" is the one who created the charade in the first place... Anne is THE CENTRAL FIGURE (with LADILLINGER-Soviet Desk officer Barbara Manell) in crafting the memos informing HQ about OSWALD...

If they were only responding to overhearing and transcribing the call, why neglect the calls from the 27th? well, they don't yet repeatedly there is nothing in those calls to indicate it was Oswald...
That connection only comes after the impossible calls on the 28th - Saturday when both locations and switchboards are closed to outside calls and visits... and Oct 1st... for which not even Mystery Man was photographed.

Alvarado - a Nicaraguan CIA asset of Phillips - places Oswald at the Embassy on Sept 18, not 28... which would have been the day after the visa was "acquired". We are to remember that GAUDET's visa was for a one day trip in and out... or in and thru Mexico... Alvarado, despite recanting under duress, returns to the 18th as the day he saw all this... despite the FBI placing Oswald in New Orleans that day....

There never was a photo of Oswald since he was never there.... he didn't need to be - in true CI fashion, it only needed to look that way... which is why I even see the CIA's car travel statements as part of the bogus confusion.

Oswald in Mexico - despite him not there - would curtail the investigation into the CIA very effectively - just ask Sprague.... why the FBI helped cover it up is the real question.....
