A big question for me is what kind of weapon was used to cause the throat wound if it struck from the front and did not exit?

That, and JFK was struck in the back and that round also didn't exit.
On the night of the autopsy, with the body in front of them, the autopsists speculated JFK was hit with a high tech weapon which wouldn't show up in the body or on x-ray.
