Oh, Obama can talk the talk just fine. I don't see him doing the walk though.

I think Bernice has hit the nail on the head.

The legislature is fully corrupted. Congress is owned by the very interests currently destroying the US. They have the money to purchase your elected representatives.

It's the system which has failed, regardless of who is POTUS.

If they are not voting with him why does he keep them? Why not expel them. Sack them. Get some one else from the Democratic party who will vote to support him. Also he needs to communicate more with the American people. If he was on the tv on his own show not filtered through the MSM he could talk directly what is happening and not happening and why. People will support him if he reaches out. At the moment though he just looks piss weak and like he has sold out (which I think he has) but it is the people who put him there who want him to make these changes who will stand by him. But he better do something like this soon before the disillusionment has set to concrete.

HE CAN EXPEL THEM THE SENATE ALSO OR JUST DEMOCRATS PERHAPS A FDR RADIO TOUCH WOULD HELP. THAT IS HOW HE REACHED THE PEOPLES CONSTANTLY..just a thought..

JOHN KENNEDY ONCE SAID WORDS TO THE EFFECT OF WHETHER THEY USE THE POWER OR ALLOW THE POWER TO USE THEM...PERHAPS TOO MANY POLITICIANS HAVE GIVEN UP THEIR WHAT HAS BEEEN SEEN AS A LITTLE POWER WITH THE PROMISE OF BEING GIVEN MORE BY THE MONOPLY..WHAT POWER THEY COULD HAVE ...AS SHOWN BY THE SENATE IF THEY COULD ONLY BE HONEST AND STRIVE FOR THE PEOPLE AND THEIR COUNTRY INSTEAD OF SELF...BUT..THEY WILL NOT AND CANNOT AS THEY HAVE SHOWN SO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST IT IS THE AAM DISEASE THE BOTTOM LINE.IS....ALL ABOUT ME.WHAT THEY SUFFER FROM AS MANY OTHERS DO ALSO....B

I think that's the cover story. The senate gives Obama plausible deniability so he can avoid doing what he doesn't intend to do anyway, i.e., aid people instead of banks, insurance companies, and the MIC.

I couldn't help but notice that throughout the prolonged battle Senator Al Franken had to wage to take his rightfully won Senate seat, the Democrats--in Congress and the White House--were silent on the subject. They did not press for a swift and definitive outcome; they just ignored the situation. Furthermore, Harry Reid and Obama et al agreed to let Arlen "magic bullet" Spector call himself a Democrat so that he could win his reelection battle, without insisting on anything in return, for example voting for progressive legislation.

No, the Senate is doing what Obama wants them to do--blocking legislation the riff raff voters want and furthering legislation the VIP lobbiests want.

Mr Mueller,

I do have a sincere problem to believe in the U.S. justice system. And I do have a sincere problem to believe in the FBI.
I have informed the President of the United States that I have evidence suggesting that a certain Yeshavant Moreshewar Tembe is on the 9/11 victim list, as published by CNN and the New York Times. Also I have found no evidence whatsoever that this identity existed prior to September 11, 2001. And third I am in posession of evidence that Mr Tembe, Yesh M. did collect a pension after September 11, 2001.
I do not see any way to reconcile these pieces of evidence.

I urge you to investigate in this case with the full authority of the FBI.
I urge you to inform the public about any ongoing investigation in this case.

And finally, when you have reached a firm conclusion, I urge you to make a public statement, regarding this case and what it might mean for the investigation into September 11, 2001.

Sincerely
Carsten Wiethoff

Someone has to do it. I did it today. Carsten
The most relevant literature regarding what happened since September 11, 2001 is George Orwell's "1984".
