Newsweek has demolished Heymann. Of course, since Mary Meyer's death has CIA aspects to it, they don't mention Heymann's quoting Cord Meyer attributing his wife's death to "The same sons of bitches that killed Kennedy". This false quote has more meaning to it than any of Heymann's other false quotes cited in the article, however they didn't mention it because it would bring people's attention to a very real CIA political assassination.

Over on the Education Forum Simkin wrote a good article ending in Heymann's quote above. Huge mistake.

I don't why Lisa feels the need to defend Joseph P. Kennedy, who wasn't a nice guy. He was a borderline anti-Semite and an admirer of Joe McCarthy, and a man obsessed with obtaining money and power.

As for Jackie and Bobby, I'm sure they became very close after JFK's death. And if there was something more, it was between them and their own business. They were two attractive young people devastated by the loss of someone very close to them.

Far too much attention is paid to the sex lives of public figures.

Simkin wrote a long post on Ben Bradlee and his involvement in Mary Meyer's assassination ending in Heymann's quote of Cord Meyer allegedly saying the same sons of bitches who killed Kennedy killed Mary and no one pointed it out.
