I know this will be in HP Albarelli's new book as this is where I got it from but I am wondering if any one cares to speculate on who the writer of this document are referring to?

I'm getting an unsafe website warning when I attempt to use Bernice's link.
That being noted, the Artichoke operation as described on this thread doesn't seem to fit the LHO profile insofar as he was nowhere in position to attempt to assassinate JFK on 11/22/63. Tell me what I'm missing.
