After reading all his testimony and going through all the photos, i think i may have located the elusive James Powell, 112th military inteligence officer, in Altgens 5. The man in the photo is looking towards the TSBD and not at the approaching limo. In his left hand he seems to be holding a camera, Any thoughts?

If it is him, how interesting that he is looking at the TSBD. Some photos thought to be taken by MI that day [there were others than Powell photographing that day, it now seems] were before and during the 'events' mostly of the TSBD and crowd, of those that have been shown. They KNEW something special was 'a bout to happen from there....but then so did Byrd and many others....
...but it wasn't Oswald...and it wasn't the fatal shot...not from that building.
Interesting work.

I believe "Altgens 5" is not legitimate. (not taken by Altgens; perhaps
before the car arrived with foreground added.)
Many spectator photos were needed for Zapruder cartoon.
