The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.

Have you watched the documentary called Conspiracy of silence? It's on Google videos and has interviews with the people involved in the Franklin cover-up.

Hey Damien! Good to see you here.

Yup, I've seen it and, in fact, had a rough cut copy passed down various hands from the makers (but it seems I've lost it --- like my memory and and a good portion of my brains!).

More and more important and suppressed material is being put online all the time which is fantastic.

This is a good find of yours...

I'd love to get my hands on a good quality copy of this film. The uploaded copy is of such a poor quality that I fear a lot of people simply stop watching it online.

We have a copy in our You Tube channel in the 'Human Trafficking and Organ Harvesting' playlist but it is the poor quality one. I cannot find anything of better quality but at least we have that one as they tried to destroy all the evidence. If any one does find one of better quality please let me know and I'll put it here.

I preordered this book awhile back, and it is predicted to be out in March this year. If you want to help break through the Main Stream Media (MSM), order now. Read what the publisher has to say below. The publisher, Kris Millegan, is an old friend of mine who is the most dedicated person I know in getting the truth out:

The Franklin Scandal
We need your help to bust through the mainstream media blockade.
Many before us have tried to break the news about the Franklin Scandal, a terrible tale, the subject of an “underground” best-seller, and a television documentary that was yanked just before it was to air. The Franklin Scandal is all over the Internet, yet mainstream media will not touch the story. The worst is that innocent children were being devastated and nothing has been done.

Almost seven years ago, when assigned to do something “dark” for a major New York magazine, journalist Nick Bryant stumbled across the Franklin Scandal, wrote an article and, well … nobody would print it, and we mean nobody. All had a chance, but no one would: Harpers, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Mother Jones, Rolling Stone, and others. Nick, a successful and respected free-lance writer, represented by William Morris Agency, could not find any publishing house that would support this probe.

Any real official inquiry halted in 1990 with an exploding plane that killed investigator Gary Caradori and his 9-year-old son, A.J. Since then several people of means have arisen and taken up the cause of justice, only to have — every time — their finances come under attack, causing them to withdraw.

Nearly three years ago, Nick joined forces with TrineDay to complete his investigation and publish a book: The Franklin Scandal — A Story of Powerbrokers, Child Abuse & Betrayal. We are in the homestretch, and the book is coming out in March 2009. Now, all we have before us is what no one else has been able to do: Nick Bryant is a journalist whose work has previously focused on the plight of disadvantaged children in the United States. His mainstream and investigative journalism has been featured in Gear, Playboy, The Reader, and on Salon.com. He is the coauthor of America’s Children: Triumph or Tragedy. He lives in Manhattan.

Break the real story in the mainstream media, have an honest discussion, a true official investigation, and expose the blackmail that prevents justice for the victims and consequences for the perpetrators.

TrineDay has been told over and over by the “big boys” that because we do not have the funds to do a print run of 20,000 units and spend at least $20,000 on promotion, our books aren’t “real” books. We have also been told that unless our title is in hardcover, there are those who do not consider it a real book, and it is not worthy of their review or even notice — no matter what it reveals.

We have brought many amazing scandals to print, only to see the mainstream media bury them, by simply behaving as if our book and the uncovered corruption do not exist. For this very important exposé, TrineDay is asking for your help to jump through “their” hoops, land on our feet and say, OK, let’s talk! To do this TrineDay needs to pre-sell just 3,000 copies. This is not a large number, over time we sell between ten and thirty thousand copies of a strong title. This can be done!

With your help (less than $30, and you do get a great book in March) we can, together, create change. A different, from-the-ground-up approach, instead of the current top-down model, where those with the most money dictate our public discourse and civic focus.

If this works for us, it can work for others and, maybe, we the people can garner voices that will cut through the mainstream media maelstrom.
Thank-You

Peace,
Kris Millegan

I am the son of a recalcitrant CIA officer, who quit in 1959 because of his awareness of illegal goings-on. In 1969 he began to tell me things I didn’t understand. This led to years of research that confirmed what my Dad had told me. Then, when no one would publish a friend’s book about CIA misdeeds, I helped him, and in 2002 started TrineDay on a shoestring. TrineDay has since published over 20 suppressed works, and with your help, we’ll make some big noise with this one!

Are politicians being blackmailed?

The Franklin Scandal front coverThis explosive question arises from the dynamic new book, The Franklin Scandal: Powerbrokers, Child Abuse and Betrayal by Nick Bryant, coming out in March 2009 from TrineDay.

The approval rating of the United States Congress hit an historic low of 12% in October and is currently under 25%, showing that a vast majority think the Congress is not serving us, the American people. The Franklin Scandal shows a reason why. There is another check-and-balance system in effect— one that has been hidden.

The Franklin Scandal exposes an illicit nationwide network — and ensuing cover-up — driven by a confluence of three powerful entities, the church, the state, and the media to hide the most horrific of crimes: child abuse. The children (now, adults) talk about flights all around the country, and there are hundreds of flight logs to back this up. The most frequent destination? Washington, D.C. — to a party house wired for pictures and sound.

“It’s obvious to me that some of the dirtiest tricks of the spy trade have been used to subvert our national government.” — Kris Millegan, Publisher, TrineDay.

The corruption overpowered local and state law enforcement in Nebraska, and a special committee was formed in the Nebraska State Senate to pursue the allegations. After the Senate committee’s lead investigator was killed, along with his 9-year-old son, in an exploding plane — any real inquiry stopped, and the cover-up continued. This book shows how a major part of that cover-up was accomplished, how officers of the court suborned their duties … and afterwards were given promotions: one is a sitting federal judge.

The scandal erupted out of the 1988 multi-million-dollar failure of Franklin Credit Union in Omaha, Nebraska, operated by Lawrence E. King, who at the time was a rising star in the Republican Party. The allegations included the plundering of children from the venerable Catholic charity institution, Boys Town, headquartered near Omaha. As the accusations mounted, Mr. King was swiftly declared mentally unfit, whisked away, and never charged, or questioned about the child abuse testimony against him. Mr. King, currently lives in Virginia.

Journalist Nick Bryant has traveled over 40,000 miles and spent nearly seven years in uncovering this story. He has been told to drop his inquiry, had his life threatened, his cars searched, and his actions monitored. Finding the story too hot for mainstream, too corrosive for law enforcement, Bryant has teamed-up with TrineDay, a small publisher that specializes in suppressed material, to bring this investigative report to the court of public opinion, in search of justice for the devastated children, and a needed wake-up call for our Constitutional republic.

To try to make a larger public impact, TrineDay has also embarked on an innovative market strategy, attempting to sell directly 3,000 pre-orders of the title, so as to publish a four-times-larger-than-normal initial print-run of 20,000 and to spend $20,000 in promotion to inform the American public. To make some private impact, fifty percent of the the book’s proceeds will go to selected charities and facilities that help abused children.

More power to Kris's elbow. TrineDay just keeps getting better and better.

We are not positive that this is what occurred with little "Maddie" but the fact that her baby siblings were left undisturbed also lead me to the conclusion that she was taken for this purpose. Also no ransom note so not a kidnapping for money. But sex. Horrendous. Evil.
