A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention official was arrested Sunday and charged with two counts of child molestation and bestiality for sexual acts involving a 6-year-old boy.

According to a DeKalb County criminal warrant obtained Sunday, Kimberly Quinlan Lindsey's boyfriend, Thomas Westerman, was also arrested on two counts of child molestation. Westerman works for the CDC as a night watchman, his LinkedIn profile states. The pair, who live together in Decatur, surrendered to authorities Sunday afternoon, said DeKalb police spokeswoman Pamela Kunz.
Lindsey, 44, serves as the deputy director for the Laboratory Science Policy and Practice Program Office at the CDC, according to her biography on the agency's website. The Emory University graduate, who's been with the CDC since 1999, was formerly a senior health scientist responsible for overseeing a $1.5 billion fiscal allocation process for terrorism preparedness.
A medical professional alerted police about the child molestation allegation on Aug. 24, Kunz said. The warrant cites two incidents -- the first in Jan. 2010 and the latest on Aug. 22.
"During the investigation evidence was recovered that led to the bestiality charge," Kunz said.
Lindsey earned her Ph.D. in Immunology Molecular Pathogenesis from Emory in 1998 following nine years as a research scientist. She rose quickly through the ranks of the CDC, beginning as a senior scientist in the bioterrorism program before joining the HIV/AIDS prevention division in 2000. She has received 12 awards for outstanding performance on projects and programs, according to an academic bio.
Westerman, 42, started working for the CDC in January.
A CDC spokesman said its policy is to not comment on personnel matters.
Westerman was released on bond early Sunday morning. Lindsey remains jailed on $20,000 bond. The two suspects are scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing Dec. 1.

US Takes Down Top Bio-Terror Official, Then Alleges Iran Plot

A frightening Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) report circulating in the Kremlin today warns that the Obama regime may be about to launch an Operation Northwoods type "false flag" bio-terror attack as a pretext for bombing and then invading Iran.
According to this GRU report, US authorities took down one of their top bio-terror officials yesterday named Dr. Kimberly Lindsey [photo 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] left] who is the Deputy Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and one of the world's most highly regarded scientists in the field of weaponized anthrax after charging her and her and her live-in boyfriend with "child molestation and bestiality."
Important to note is that the US always charges their "enemies of the state" with lurid sex crimes such as when they targeted former US Marine intelligence analyst and UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter with "criminal solicitation of a minor" after he accused the Bush administration of deliberately lying about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction in order to launch an invasion against them.
The cause for Dr. Lindsey being put on the Obama regimes "enemy of the state" list, this GRU report says, was her assisting the World Health Organization (WHO) in their investigation into the catastrophic 9/11 anthrax attack upon the United States that disputes the findings of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) used to close this case.
Dr. Lindsey's expertise on weaponized anthrax proved invaluable to WHO scientists whose findings were reported this week, and as we can, in part, read as reported by the InfoWars.Com news service in their report titled World Authority On Anthrax Disputes Government Explanation Of 2001 Attack and which says:
"Three leading scientists, one a world authority on the composition of Anthrax, have produced a paper that presents evidence that directly calls into question the FBI's version of events surrounding the 2001 anthrax mail attacks.
The paper by Coordinator of the World Health Organization (WHO) Working Group on Anthrax Research and Control, Martin E. Hugh-Jones, biologist Barbara Hatch Rosenberg, and chemist Stuart Jacobsen is to be published in the peer reviewed Journal of Bioterrorism & Biodefense.
"three scientists argue that distinctive chemicals found in the dried anthrax spores including the unexpected presence of tin point to a high degree of manufacturing skill, contrary to federal reassurances that the attack germs were unsophisticated." reports the New York Times.
"…bureau scientists focused on tin early in their eight-year investigation, calling it an "element of interest" and a potentially critical clue to the criminal case. They later dropped their lengthy inquiry, never mentioned tin publicly and never offered any detailed account of how they thought the powder had been made." The report continues.
Dr. Hugh-Jones said that the presence of tine "indicates a very special processing, and expertise," directly contradicting the FBI's assertion that microbiologist Bruce Ivins acted as the lone perpetrator of the attacks that killed five people and infected 17 others in the weeks immediately following 9/11."
Within hours after Dr. Lindsey's arrest, this GRU report continues, the US issued a "global alert" for American citizens after they accused Iran of backing a plot to kill Saudi Arabia's ambassador to Washington that Obama called "a flagrant violation of U.S. and international law" and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton vows action over.
According to the Obama regime the head of this alleged Iranian plot was former Texas used-car dealer named Manssor Arbabsiar [photo 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] left] who is a naturalized US citizen, holds an Iranian passport and whose close friends say is an "unlikely secret agent," was "no mastermind" and was "kind of a hustler."
FBI Director Robert Mueller said the convoluted plot could have been straight from a film and, "Though it reads like the pages of a Hollywood script, the impact would have been very real and many lives would have been lost."
Iranian parliament speaker Ali Larijani called the US allegations a "mischievous, foolish" attempt to fuel tension between Iran and Saudi Arabia saying that"These claims are vulgar … It is a childish and amateur game … We believe that our neighbors in the region are very well aware that America is using this story to ruin our relationship with Saudi Arabia."
Iran's claim that the Obama regimes charges against them were lies was immediately backed up by one of the CIA's most honored former analysts Robert Baer who is TIME.Com's current intelligence columnist and has contributed articles to Vanity Fair, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post.
Baer, who was interviewed just a few hours ago by Australia's The World Today news programme warned that the Obama regimes charges against Iran were "made up propaganda" and warns the US must open immediately a direct diplomatic channel with the Iranian regime…or risk igniting "an uncontrollable war."
This GRU report gravely notes that an "uncontrollable" war may be exactly what the Obama regime wants as its economy lurches ever closer to the abyss and inevitable chaos will soon be the "new normal" in America.
The GRU further warns in their report that with the US signing a $1.25 billion contract last Monday with Emergent BioSolutions for 44.75 million doses of the only proven vaccine to protect against a weaponized anthrax attack [what happens to the other 260 million Americans we don't know], and one of America's most honorable Congressman, Ron Paul, now warning that the Obama regime has given itself a "license to kill" any citizen it wants to without evidence or trial, the United States, indeed, may about to do the unthinkable.
